What is the meaning of Vyaahruthi?
Vyahruti means utterances expressed in a specific meter. It is the holy sound produced by the Brahmins/Dwijas during the Sandhya Vandana, and during this worship, the practitioner brings in all the good qualities from the four corners and the entire universe into his/her heart and resolves that I am part of this Cosmic Family.
Aum, or Pranava mantra, is the primordial sound from which the whole universe was created. It consists of three letters A U M. These three letters expand into the three Vyahrutis. BHU, BHUVAH, SUVAH - They are the Maha Vyahrutis representing Brahma, Vishnu, Maheswara. Those following the Shakti path believe that the three letters Maha Kaali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati. The vyahritis were made at the beginning of creation and represent the seven planetary systems including Bhur, Bhuvah, Svah, Mahah, Janah, Tapah, and Satyalokas. Besides denoting the seven worlds, the vyahritis denote the seven planes of consciousness.
Gayatri mantra forms the essence of the three Vedas three vedas Rig, Yajus, and Sama.
Four Types of Speech in Hindu Philosophy
There are four levels of speech. Para, Pashyanti, Madhyama, and Vaikhari.

Madhyama: The thoughts in your head before you say them out loud. Madhyama emerges into the world through the nose, madhyama adds prana to the words
Vaikhari: When you use your voice to tell what you're thinking. It operates in the mouth alone, via the physical tongue;
